    ESI Dekavider RV622A
    I connected a 10 V source to the input and my Keithley 2000 DMM to the output and cycled through all the switches. Every switch position I moved gave the expected change on the output with a good stable reading.
    This unit was modified by a previous owner to add rear-mounted banana jacks. You can see them on the back of the unit and on the photos I too with the cover off.
    This unit looks very clean inside and out.
    Also includes a copy of the user manual.
