    bidding on a tested Phipps & Bird model 237 capacitance substitution box.
    This little box lets you select among hundreds of capacitance values for electronic circuit design and testing.  20 switches allow any combination of the capacitance values shown in the first photo ranging from a low of 100 picofarads to a maximum of over 10 microfarads.  Much easier than cobbling together a set of parallel capacitors even if you have the values you need.
    This box has been tested and works fine.
